E10 FUEL
Many people ask if they can use E10 fuel in their mowers. Unless your machine is very old, you should be able to use E10 with some precautions.
* It will go stale more quickly, so buy smaller quantities and use up within 30 days
* You can add fuel stabiliser to your can
* If you have a fuel tap, turn on and off with each use and run until it stops on it’s own
* Leave machine dry over winter
* Safest option is to run on Aspen 4, which has no ethanol and a long shelf life of 3 – 5 years
* Definitely recommend Aspen 2 for two-strokes, as is much cleaner burning, has oil already in at the right ratio, and is safe to leave in your machine.
